Bolder Music Festival Entry Information

Entry form is at the bottom of this page. Please read carefully before entering your groups.

*More than one ensemble? One entry per ensemble, please!*

The park is open from 10am – 4pm.

The festival times are the times that the park is open to you. You can not get into the park early or stay late.

Every effort will be made to give you your first-day / first-time request based on a first come – first served basis. Register as quickly as possible as dates and times fill rapidly. 
 
The entry form includes a place to leave a note with any particular issues you need me to know when scheduling. I’ll do everything possible to help!

Groups who submit the entry form in late Spring or Summer of 2025 can expect to be scheduled and notified by early September.

Please collect the release forms below from everyone attending (including chaperones) and bring them with you to check in on the day of the festival. 

This form must be completed and signed by the parent/guardian to participate in the Bolder Music Festival. 

Ensemble Fee Invoice

$50 per ensemble flat fee. Print this invoice, handwrite the information, and forward the document to your business office. If you are paying by check, BE SURE to tell them they MUST include this invoice with the check in the same mailed envelope. If you are paying by credit card, just keep the invoice for your records. After payment, you will be sent a receipt via email.

*Please note: this is a non-refundable entry fee – not a deposit! These funds are not applied toward your final bill.*

Final Payment Invoice

Print this invoice, handwrite the information, and forward the document to your business office. If you are paying by check, BE SURE to tell them they MUST include this invoice with the check in the same mailed envelope. If you are paying by credit card, just keep the invoice for your records. After payment, you will be sent a receipt via email. 

Final payment must be made on your day. No exceptions please.

If you do not make your final payment before your festival, please bring your final check or your credit card to the music festival on your performance date.  If your check must be mailed ahead of time – it should be in the US postal service at least 3 weeks before your performance.

The dates below are selected on a first-come first-served basis. We have performance times as early as 9 am, but the park does not open until 10 am.
This is the start of your 30-minute warm-up, performance, and clinic. Performance times are scheduled on a first come first served basis. Tell us what time you like, your travel limitations, what's too early etc. We'll get you as close to your preferred time as we can.

What now?

5 days prior to your festival, you will receive a form requesting your exact numbers. You are held financially responsible for the number of catered meals only given at this time.

You will be receiving more information once you submit. Please remember, $50 ensemble fees are due 2 months from your entry date. Deadline is October 1 for entries made over the summer. Confirmations for entries made over the summer will be sent by September 1st. If you do not immediately receive an email confirming your entry submission, please try entering again using a different browser. (i.e. Edge, Chrome, Safari, etc.)
